What are you getting in 2016?

Well the gec 85 sfo is on the list but I think I'm transitioning to more vintage pocket knives this year than current production.

According to USPS Tracking this little beauty is in transit from O"Hare International Airport Chicago, so it should be with me early in the new year depending on air traffic control and UK Customs & Excise.

Happy New Year to you all.

Have reserved, hopefully for 2016, two Tidioute #47 Vipers, one in jigged bone, the other in rosewood.

All there is left to do is waiting for the GEC production to catch up with my expectations.

I usually check the junk malls/flea markets/farmers markets/antique shops for old knives, I used to find some really good scores. I'm finding junk or parts knives at astronomical prices anymore. It's like someone cleaned them out ;)...

Queen has a teaser for their 2016 catalog up on their site. I'm pretty excited to see what they have planned for next year.

Both down, Charlie made it before the year turned, hope you are feeling better! this little guy just arrived

I haven't bought a traditional in a while, but I think I'll get one of the beagles. Maybe turn the spear into a clip.

I'm mostly into Peanuts these days.... The Beagle would be a good one.

I'd really like to find a cattle knife with a spear main.

Have an Old Hundred black micarta viper on order

Want to buy a beagle, especially if there is a northfield variant with long-pull spear

And of course a matching pair of the next TC

Is there a TC run on order that I missed? Darn.

Thats been my experience, anymore, I just check ebya for poorly labled auctions with bad pictures. I often get lucky with these.

I've been badgering Ryan about bringing back the Heritage series, I think the humor has worn off for him, but I am excited about the knife on the cover.

I will still keep asking Ryan about the Heritage series though.

hmmm if you do bug him again, ask for longer blades and better done kicks on the heritage jacks :D, thanks!

I've got my fingers crossed for another run of Courthouse Whittlers. Maybe one in primitive bone?
If I can find one, I also wouldn't mind a pinched peanut from A.G. Russell
Definitely some sort of two blade Jack, not sure what yet

Well, I went pretty crazy with knives this past year, but, it gave me a chance to at least figure out what I actually use and want to keep around, so I hope to be moving a few on to new homes. That being said, the only ones I plan on getting for sure are two 85's from Mike's forthcoming SFO; a natural micarta and bloodwood single blade. I am a sucker for that pattern!
Thanks,
Brian
