What are your 3 favorite knives?

and an old skinner I picked up thats got a Indian chiefs head on the sheath , a solingen blade and a stag handle , no idea what brand , but Im told its around 100 yr old , but it is one of the best skinners Ive used ever , it just wants to be used :)
 
I guess my 3 favorites are the three I use or carry the most. My work EDC is a Spyderco Kiwi VG-10 with jigged bone scales - the suede pouch makes it sheeple friendly and its 2 3/8 inch blade is legal to carry in a federal building. My other EDC is a rotation - currently a Spyderco Native in S30V (the "WalMart Native"). My main kitchen worker is an 8" Henckels chef's knife - I have no idea about the steel but I like the balance and the heavy bolster.
 
Since I did not have my XM-18 when I posted last, I need to add that to my list.
