What are your top 5 EDC knives and under which circumstances would you carry them?

mine are:
1. Para 2, great casual edc
2. Dragonfly 2 zdp, for when the para is too big
3. small Sebenza ebony inlay, dressy carry
4. Benchmade 940 or 484-1, when the Para is too aggressive
5. Cold steel RECON 1 TANTO, when I need something I can beat on!

CRKT Squid - Fun, innocent looking edc for more sensitive areas.

Spyderco Paramilitary 2 - My main go-to edc.

Cold Steel American Lawman (CTS-XHP) - My secondary edc. Maybe looks a little more innocent than the Para? Aside from the DLC coating anyway. I dunno.

Spyderco Manix 2 - When I need something tough and thicker at the edge, but also capable of finer slicing. Not as fine a slicer as the Para though.

KA-BAR Dozier - My go to folder for jobs that I don't want to do with my more expensive blades.

Bonus fixed blade:

Spyderco Street Beat - Amazing, relatively discreet jack of all trades EDC. Bonus points for having a sheath that can be carried horizontally.

Mine are;
1. Lg Sebenza 25 plain Jane...main "replaceable" EDC
2. Lg Regular Sebenza plain Jane with wide thumb jimping...for days when I want to switch it up
3. Lg Classic Sebenza plain Jane with Southard backspacer...for days when I want to switch it up even more
4. George VECP v3.0 with DLC coating and orange backspacer...for days when Im feeling a little orange.
5. Scott Cook Lochsa... for days when Im feeling special and particularly careful.

1. Lg. Sebenza 21 Snakewood Inlay
2. Sm Sebenza 21 Snakewood Inlay
3. Benchmade 707 Snakewood scales
4. Spyderco Sage 2, Caly 3cf zdp-189, or Native LW S110V.
5. Benchmade 960 Kulgera or 635 Mini Skirmish

That's like 8, but there can be a tie for a couple spots right?

Pics?

Zero Tolerance 0562 - Out on my Triumph T100, just seems to fit the bike well.
Zero Tolerance 0566 - Main EDC for work and about town, love this knife, mid size and beefy.
Spyderco PM2 - Work since it's light and thin, now if I could get the deep pocket installed it would be even better.
Spyderco Dice - Work and out on the town with the wife, small, light, thin and sharp.
Kershaw Leek - Beater, great little knife though.
Spyderco Techno - Still new and not carried much, but I love this little gem.

I only have pictures of my CRKs...

2. Strider SMF - Honeymoon stage with this knife, I like it so much more than the SnG. This is my 'clack-clack' knife

3. Les George Talos, Monkeyedge Frag Pattern - goes best with my favorite flashlight, McGizmo AA Haiku

4. Northwoods Madison Barlow - always in my backpack for when a one handed titanium folder might get me attention I don't want

And the real answer:
5. Pink Swiss Army Classic - It's on my keys, so it is probably my single most carried knife, actually;)

I only get 5?

These are my go to EDC's, in no particular order, and because pics...

There are many more, but these seem to find their way into my pocket the most.

Crap, I've been trying to figure out how I could narrow my favorites down to just five.

Here's five, but I can't bring myself to order them because they all have different strengths.

It's interesting for me to see how my EDC rotation changes over time. What at one time seemed to be my perfect EDC knife doesn't even get pocket time any more. So right now:

1.) Hinderer XM-18 3" Wharnie - tough, perfectly engineered flipper for EDC (and I love the company)
2.) ZT 0450CF - tough, elegant and light as a feather
3.) CRK Small Sebenza 21 w/ CF Inlays - smooth, classic, non-flipper perfection
4.) Todd Begg / Steelcraft Mini Bodega - arrived today, machining details are amazing
5.) LionSteel TRE Carbon Fiber - my current gentleman's knife (also light as a feather)

1) Benchmade Griptillian
2) Esee Izula 2
3) Kershaw Leek
4) Buck 110
5) Leatherman Skeletal

Mine seem mostly to be some serious budget knives. But with this combo of knives, I really can do everything I encounter on a daily basis. very interesting. All in all, I'm quite happy with them.
