Not all Gold Class knives are art knifes. Sometimes it denotes a higher level of quality materials.
For instance, the Benchmade line of Chef's knives are Gold Class and meant to be used, not at all for show
Anything with Harley Davidson written on the side. No offense to anyone who loves the HD's, but mixing Benchmade with Harley Davidson is like mixing Diet Coke with Pappy Van Winkel, or for the scotch drinkers, Diet Coke with Lagavullin or Johnny Blue. It just isn't right.
Any Axis assist, the Griptilian and Any "new" Contego.
As opposed to the old Contegos?![]()
Any Axis assist, the Griptilian and Any "new" Contego.
And why not the grip?
Similar reasons to the OP; found it kinda clunky and awkward.
Love the Rift, 940/943 Osborne and Mini-Grip however. Looking forward to the 7505.
Do you mean a non-gold class version of the 7505?
Yeah, either that (if it's ever made), or the cheaper gold class version (with the green scales) which I haven't seen being sold anywhere yet. Most sites have it as a pre-order.
