  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What Buck are you carrying today?

Had my Mini-Spitfire clipped in my RFP pocket last couple of days. I didn’t realize I still had it yesterday, it was still clipped to the pants I wore both days and forgot it was there - so light! Also had my favorite 303 with me in my LFP. OH

Had a good buddy come down from PA this past week to surf fish with me, I use this late Buck 121 Three-Line (I’d call this one a Guide due to blade thickness) for a truck knife - it cleans turkey, deer, fish, cuts bait etc., so it did bait cutting chore this week. The pleasant surprise was the Buck 726 Mini-Spitfire, I bought it several years ago at the MCX at Camp Lejeune and never liked it, too small. But it has been with me nearly all week - it is a good pocketknife size knife and I was surprised how much I like it. OH

Well the pic didn’t load. So trying again. We’re having a bad dirt wind storm so it’s loading slow. Currently 40-50 mph winds, gusts of 80+ mph 😞
