What Buck are you carrying today?

Special event this evening, so I thought I'd class it up with some 80's stag. *ignore the other knife, it's a placeholder until I can get a Buck USA stag toothpick.

I got a couple 110 Slims about a year ago, and I realized recently that I never really carry them. I'm not sure why. This is a pretty great knife. I think that I generally have too many pretty great knives in my tool chest, and usually just grab a 300 series in the morning. Sometimes a 112 or a Budgie.

I've been trying something new for the past week or so; carrying a knife for 2 days, no more no less. It's getting me to use knives that I really enjoy but might not be my first pick. So far, it's been a lot of fun.

You cant go wrong with S35vn!

I've been going thru the 112 collection and found this one.. For years I would buy USA Web Specials and have Buck engrave our Bands name Katillac Jack and each band members name. This was my wife KathyJo's and I haven't seen this for 5 years at least. I might take this one on my last gig..20241109_165421.jpg

110 LT today. I really love these LT's and wish the 112 LT's were more common and had more variety.

Right after Christmas last year, one of the online knife places had the 110 LTs on sale for $15. I bought two, and call them my "beater bucks". Now I wish I would've bought more. They'd have made for some nice Christmas presents this year.

Funny you mention that. One of the online knife places in Chicago has the Bucklite equivalents of 110LT and 112LT going for about that price. I've been eying them, but still on the fence.
