What Buck are you carrying today?

Dude, that looks like I need some. And a pile of eggs and a pot of coffee. I'll bet it's pretty tasty!

I'd turn a whole deer into sticks and sausage. Lol!

Nice knife too, of course
It's like you know me!

That venison summy sausage looks epic. Wish I lived within driving distance of this place! Doesn't look like they ship?!? https://showalterscountrymeats.com/retail/
Seriously, this place makes the best sticks and sausage I've ever had!

It's only two short hours from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Great excuse for a road trip to KY! Darn I was in Bowling Green for work in September. Looks like I could have driven over in 90 minutes! 🙃

Today Im carrying my 501 Larrin and my 110 sport pro. Two great knives!

I’m changing up my routine as I recently had a pacemaker installed and it limits me from working in the gas plant because of electro-magnetic interference so I decided to retire. As of January 15 officially and currently on short term disability till social security and Medicare take effect. Kind of like a bridge to retirement.

It’s strange to wake up in the morning and not having to go to work after 44 years but it’s nice to not be on call having to get up in the middle of the night to go work in a snow storm. It’s going to take some adjustment but I think I can handle it. 😆

I can now take some time to tinker on some knives and do some projects I’ve been thinking about for some time. And just enjoy the ones I have going fishing and camping and maybe some hunting. Spend some time with my kids and grandkids.

Congrats on retirement :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
I retired years ago at a fairly young age. I've loved every minute of it. The freedom and all that extra time to still not get things done :D
