What Buck are you carrying today?

The paklite line doesn't get much love on here, but the 636 "processor" gets more use in my kitchen than I ever thought it would.

I originally got it last year for a super lightweight and easy to clean camp kitchen knife, that I thought might get a little use around the grill as well.

But it has moved to my kitchen drawer, and I find myself reaching for it a lot. Super quick to touch up the edge, and while it's a little thick, it is slicey with the hollow grind.

I broke down 38 chicken wings today into drums and flats for the grill.

I will ask this about the 503. Is it normal for the flat and where they taper it down to the bolster to be so noticeable? Not complaining just curious as I haven’t looked at one in person in years.
