Simple cook: Whole fish in olive oil and old bay baked at 400 degrees for 25 min with some lemon

This came in the mail yesterday. A 663 Alpha Guide Elite. After carrying a folder this morning to church, I stuck this in my front pocket for our afternoon walk in the woods. It's thin enough that it didn't take up a lot of room. I think I am really going to like it.

One of my fishing buddies is a really good cook so sometimes if we get a sheepshead we will do something fancy with it like make a curry. But if I’m waking up at 4 am and solo fishing, I’m doing the least amount of work to get that fish in my stomach
