What Buck are you carrying today?

I like the thumb studs on yours OH. The ones on mine are waaaaay too big, and stick out past the handles about 1/8" on both sides. Sometimes they catch on my pocket when I'm trying to take the knife out. They look like the same ones used on the Ranger Sport models. Yours looks like the studs that came on my Slim Select. If mine had studs like yours, I think it'd get carried a lot more.

I wonder if you could replace them with the removable studs from the Range series. Buck might sell the Range thumbstuds if you ask them.

Wow, that is a significant change, I wasn’t aware the size has changed (my 110 Slim has the same stud as my 112).

I don't know. That might be worth a try. As it is now, it doesn't get carried much at all.
Note: I edited my original post to say the studs stick out past the handles 1/8". After re-reading it this morning, I realised that I wasn't very clear about it.
