What Buck are you carrying today?

Buck 301 that my Grandma gave me for Christmas in 1972. I carried it until 1989 when she passed, then put it back in the box; I was worried I would break it or lose it. I started my current job selling building materials in 1983, carried the Buck my first six years. I’m retiring in two weeks, got it out and decided to carry it for my last two weeks, just for old time sake. OH

Nice carry.
Congratulations on retirement. Just in time for deer season. Well played my friend.

Nice sentimental memento, and congrats on the retirement.

Old Hunter Old Hunter congratulations Bruce, may your retirement be all that you want...hunt, fish, hunt, fish etc!

Congratulations Bruce 🥳
Hope you enjoy your retirement as much as I've enjoyed mine.
Thank you guys, I appreciate it. My last work day is the 15th, I’ll be fishing for old drum in the surf at Cape Hatteras on the 16-18th, then deer hunting the 20-24th - that ought to kick start retirement.

Congratulations Bruce. It sounds like you're going to stay busy. Just remember- You can slow down a little now. You're not going to have to go to work, so you have an extra 8+ hours every day to do what you want. I've been retired for 12 years, and I haven't run out of stuff to do yet.

I never get tired of looking at this one! Good thing I guess. 🤣
Yeah, it's been my most carried knife, since it came a little over year ago. Sorry about being so predictable, but I'm old, and when I find something that works for me, I tend to stick with it. It could all change tomorrow, though. Before the 112, I kept going back to one of my CRKs for every day carry.

Oh no, I just meant that I have the same one. 😁 I envy your ability to stick to a select few.
