I’m bumming around the house this evening with a 1988 factory stag 705 in my pocket. Don’t worry, my latest fave oak 5160 112 is riding on my belt.

My 705’s don’t see daylight very often since I’m such a fan of the larger, single-blade 704. This 705 came off eBay some time ago. It has some light scratches on the bolster from being carried, but the blades are absolutely untouched save for a little pencil graphite when they arrived. Literally not a scratch anywhere on the blades, and they’ve never seen a stone. As fresh as the day they shipped out of El Cajon. This little penknife reminds me of buying used Police Trade-in Glocks off Palmetto State Armory: most have been carried much, and shot little.

Thanks! It was incredible! Chicago's an awesome city and I loved every minute of the marathon. Each of the neighborhoods really owns their section of the route and cheers on all of the runners.
