My wife EDCs a 3" Voyager Tanto that I have had for at least 17 years, that thing has been through hell and back and still sharpens up to a shaving edge. My 4" Voyager Tanto from the same time lives in my offroad survival box (an MTM case under the seat of my jeep, with enough emergency supplies to last a night).
I carry a modded and etched Voyager XL. I love this knife. I've carried it for nearly 3 years now. I fabricated the "wave" and had a friend TIG weld it on. The "wave" also works well as a bottle opener, blade stop and thumb ramp. Also, this Voyager was my first attempt at an acid etch. I traced out a stencil and used it to make both sides symmetrical. I apologize in advance for the crappy pics.
"Another Recon 1 Tanto here, really like the feel, looks and strength of these knives."
Me as well, on all points. I love this knife and have zero interest in spending another 100 bucks for some super steel when AUS 8 serves my needs admirably. ;')

Both of these gunsites are in regular rotation in my knives. The larger gunsite is a bit much in the pocket...but, I love the look and blade. Though they are discontinued, they get gazes when brought out.
I was carrying my mini tuff lite today. My edc choices are either a mini tuff lite or the American lawman. In my neck of the woods, it's frowned upon to carry a beast of a blade like the Voyager XL.
