What Color Delica?

You can also chart your own course by slapping some black scales on a FFG Delica. That way, you get the sweetness of the FFG, but are still stealthy for night ops behind enemy lines.

As for the colors, I have blue and purple Delicas, along with blue, brown and gray Enduras. They are all tasty. The only flavor I don't care for is orange with a black clip. Too Halloweeny for me. I would put a stainless clip on an orange Delica.

But I probably like blue the best, with purple coming in second. I don't think that brown and green get enough love either.

i have the green. love it. i'm more of an earthy color person and if i had gotten this knife myself (christmas present from my brother) i would most likely have gotten gray or brown. that said, i'm glad i didn't get it myself. i really like the green, being a super knife is just icing on the cake. love the delica. going to get one in zdp 189 next. green of course, even though it is a more sedate dark green.
 
I got a trainer and swapped scales to get a Red Delica for my youngest son (got a Blue one for my oldest, and an Orange one for me). I'm about to get a Green one for my daughter.

Went with lithuanian green myself.

Funny question "which color is best", it's really a matter of opinion. Orange may be more visible, but other than that it's completely up to you.

Very true.
Nice to be able to splash a bit of color in the collection instead of black, black and more black. (For example I really like the CRKT Ripple in blue...just nice to look at).

All the colors are interesing, and I can definitely see a point to the bright orange being harder to loose in the woods.
That dark red is starting to grow on me the more I see it.

As long as we all realize the British Racing Green is the classiest. :D
 
I have the blue. Its great because it blends perfectly with blue jeans if you wear them alot. For me this is a weekend knife.

Add a blue STR lowrider clip and the blue knife just disappears.
 
Picked up an orange model the other day for my daughters birthday, orange is her favorite color and it really stuck my fancy but then again with an orange Military and Para2 I'm already a sucker for orange knives in general and orange Spydercos in particular. Go for the orange!

It has been scientifically proven that blue is the best color for a knife. So get that one.

i had a hard time deciding that too- i kept reading people were unhappy about the "easter" colors when theyd arrive and say they didnt look like the pic- i went with the gray combo edge and couldnt be happier with it
 
if you want something flashy, choose one that clashes terribly with your usual colors. example, buy yellow if you like to go gothic-black. dark purple if you wear light colors. black if you like pastel. :D
 
I have a blue one arriving tomorrow or Friday. I had a hard time deciding which color too. I'm still hesitant as to whether I will like it. I'll know soon enough!
 
That red FRN looks great, I wish Spyderco would offer it along with the FFG Enduras and Delicas I'd also like to see the British Racing Green FRN used on more knives as well.
