What color of knife do you prefer?

I tend to like blue and green in G10. Though with Ti, I prefer it to be natural, or some shade of gray. Micarta I like black or white.
That said, I have only a couple of green scaled or covered knives: A Spyderco Worker and a GEC Mako with smooth green bone covers. They were supposed to be "blue" but these were green.
I generally do NOT like red. But I have a red LionSteel SR-2a that I really like. On that knife, for me at least, the red works. It will very likely be my only red knife, ever. I do not even have a red SAK anymore.
On traditional folders, though, I like wood, usually ebony, though I'm trying a few others. Smooth bone is my favorite cover material, and I really like white or ivory colored bone, but colored bone (green or blue) will also work for me.

I like a little variety. There are a number of things I don't care for like metal scales, blackened blades, pry bars (unless it's a prybar) and I guess pink knives. I bought a pink Leatherman on sale.... wife took it.

I voted every color but white, but I've seen some white knives that looked good, they just usually don't for me.
It's totally up in the air for me. I've seen beautiful knives and pimply-butt ugly knives in just about every color/ combo the industry can come up with.

Back in 2008 when I 1st joined the forum I preferred all my knives to be black, but I have come to embrace color, and like many now.

Depends on the knife and how it strikes me. Generally black and black or black and steel. Or sometimes I like wood, and different grains and stains. When talking traditionals I like bone and wood in several variations. Micarta I like natural, green, and black. G10 I only like in black. Ive had several Delicas in black and stainless but also like the blue one. I wish theyd do a black blade ffg.

When there is a choice I prefer a base metal color. Coating and colorization just adds something that will soon wear, scratch or otherwise interfere with basic maintenance. A nicely polished blade is hard to beat.

I'd personally EDC a knife with pink handle, for 2 reasons:
1. Shits and giggles
2. It looks much less intimidating to people who might notice it
