What color of knife do you prefer?

I voted Gray out of the colors above. I prefer Coyote or FDE (Brown) for pocket knives and handguns. Followed by Grey.

My first post where I'm not trying to buy something on this forum. I've been on a Jade Green kick lately, hope this posts correctly. For traditional knives I like the looks of an old Ebony scaled folder.

For most of my workhorse knives I tend to go with black, or even blackwash, sometimes OD green...Beyond that, it depends on which watch I'm wearing

My taste in colors has changed a bit from my post from 3 years ago on the last page. I don't carry black knives nearly as much anymore and tend to favor earth tones (natural micarta, OD green, bronze, etc.) for daily carry.

I still dig my bold colors from time to time however. Not every day, but just to switch it up sometimes for fun. Actually, it was my love of knives that pushed me towards embracing color in my wardrobe, mostly as an excuse to buy more knives at first

Is that the Burnt Purple Tribal jig on that Case? How do you like it? I was going to get that on the Case Tribal Lock, but I may have to wait and go to Shepherd Hill and see it in person and pick a good one.

It is indeed. I haven't had it long, but I'm quite pleased with it. I went back and forth on which pattern to go with, doing my best to find examples of real pictures on the internet, before finally deciding on that mini-trapper. To my eye it's definitely more of a deep blue than purple (though there are some more purple parts in the fade), but that's what I was hoping for judging by the pictures anyway. All in all a great looking knife and I'm glad I picked it up.

I have knives of all colors, but it seems I’m attracted to more subtle color combinations (carry them more) like black, grey, od, tan, ect. I like blues and oranges , but day to day I like something low key

I carry traditional knives, most have natural materials, such as wood, antler/horn, leather, and bone.
I'm not sure I really have a preference, other than Red on or for my Swiss Army knives. Anything else is just "wrong".

tried different colors but always end up w the black as my go to. i see why black is the clear winner default by many manufacturers. but black is boring so they say
