Micarta is from the 1930's. Blade is Böhler M390.
In average daylight it shows more equal brown/reddish.

When you learn how to make slipjoints you end up with more and more knives to try as an EDC.
This is nr4 for me. It has a thin and high hollow grind and cuts like a laser!
