What is double cut? I can't tell from the site....
Can you get any blade finish and handle with the standard knife?

Haven't ordered yet, but I'm leaning towards 5/16th doublecut with green linen. Or maybe tan with the green. Money is getting tight. But then I do like that doublecut...

Well, I'm new to Busse and on a limited budget so unfortunately I had to stick with the "free" options. Went with a black blade and tan fusion handle, which I think will be a handsome combination. Also ordered a sheath.
