Knife is a Gesshin Ginga 270mm White #2 Gyuto, which is an absolute fantastic cutter!

I must have been better behaved than I thought. I got a mig welder and and edge pro apex sharpener.

Yore going to love your new knife sharpener. I just got the edge pro pro about 2 weeks ago. It is the best sharpener I've ever used.
