What did you do to/with your Becker today?

Cut some fruit with my BK16 for my daughter. Oh and some sharp cheddar, she's gonna be a health nut.

I cut a raccoons throat with a 16 yesterday, they were into are cat food outside, just cant have them that close to the chickens

I Hammered some hollow wall anchors into some drywall with the pommel... I was too lazy to go look for a hammer.

cut up a nice rib eye steak with my 11 Wife thinks I'm nuts.

As I got my BK's I had Custom Scales put on them and Custom Leather Sheaths made for them and now they rest in one of
my Safes as Safe Queens and Kings.! Hate to use them as they might break and make me cry for months.!****
Might even donate one here and one there as I just don't Camp as much as I used to ~~ still go fishing and some hunting
but I am back the same day or spend the night in back of the Truck as it has a shell Topper and locks from the inside and
my Kimber 45 keeps the Varmits away ~~ so I sleep good.!

I put stainless hardware on my BK14 and BK24 this morning. Then I cut open a water bottle so I had a place to store my spare change.

Continued fire making practice trying a myriad if tinders.

Very little luck with anything natural (dry grass, bark, leaves etc)

Nearly instantaneous success with dryer lint, found rag, and KFC napkin.

Hopefully my only survival scenarios will happen near landfills...

Opened a few boxes, trimmed excess epoxy off my repaired coughlans fire steel all with the 2.

Took another attempt at starting natural tinders with the 2 and the firesteel.

Still not having much success.


Getting great results with cotton, dryer lint, and paper, but no dice on the natural stuff.

Took the zytel handles off my 24 and threw on a quick gutted paracord wrap. Nothing fancy. I felt like something different on the handle. Also touched up the edge.
