What did you do to/with your Becker today?

Made dinner with my 15.

Diggin' the new liner liners ;).

Opened packages at the PO, opened a shipping box with an "Assembly Required" 3 ft x 6 ft storage cabinet, cut the tips off a half dozen tubes of caulk - all w/ my handy, dandy BK11

The handle scales on my 9 and 2 have slightly shifted from constant use over the past few months.....so there was an ever so slight ridge on the palm swell where the scales were a bit higher than the tang. Used my dremel to take a little off the scales of both knives so it's now flush to the tang again.

Opened the packaging for, wait for it, drum roll please.....
2 more Becker and a belt buckle.

Very nice! Just finished making a very large crockpot full of onions, potatoes, carrots and chicken with the BK2. 9 hours from now there's going to be some very good eating!

Did a rough strip of 3 Beckers today. I tried to be clean initially, but it quickly got out of hand. That's okay, because they are tools that take a beating. :)

Used the back edge of an 11 to push pushpoints into a window frame. My pliers just weren't cutting it due to worn tips on the pliers and a relatively small grab area on the pushpoint. Used the pliers tip to hold a pushpoint against the window frame and then pushed it in like it was designed to do it.

Helped my mom to harvest beets.
BK-14 had made good job today. This little helper is exactly what I need to work in the garden and in the field. It's not a folder, which I'm afraid to mess up.

Used my 9 to chop down a large forest of Giant Ragweed, some with stems 1.5 inches in diameter and 10 to 12 feet high.

Used my pack mounted 12 to inadvertently entice someone into checking out our little corner of the interweb. "Is that a Becker on your pack?" "Sure is! Here, you can check it out. ..." "nice!" (My 12 is pretty nice, iidssm) showed him my Beckerhead t-shirt, how much fun we had camping out at trailbum's all weekend, and urged him to check out the BK&T sub.
