What did you do to/with your Becker today?

Pulled myself out of a fast moving creek with my 24. Dog knocked me off my feet on some slippery limestone. Fell in, up to my chin, didn't have anything to grab onto, everything was slick. Had my 24 around my neck, pulled it out and stabbed a big root, scrambled back on shore. I'm swift water trained, could have swam with the current further down the bank, but I don't want my dog to jump in and freak out. So yeah, good times.

Yeah, we're fine. Just feeling foolish for tramping around somewhere I knew was dangerous. Lesson learned.
 
Been a few solid days since I've had need of the 2's service.... It's been riding around in the briefcase since I completed my last project and I'm just waiting for the next one.
 
Used my new 24 to make a tinder box

Processed some firewood. Not the logs in pic, lol! Just some maybe 4" logs cut down to fireplace dimensions. Gotta love the 9.
 
I impressed one guy with my BK9. And then later I lost my new BK7 when my little sister claimed it for herself.

Another Becker fan in the making.
 
Batoned some firewood to make it more manageable for our Firepit party this past Saturday....

I got written up at work for scaring the crap out of the sheeple because I forgot that my 9 was strapped to my backpack/EDC.

State of CA, state employee, people were gasping and pointing. o_O

Ouch... I EDC my 2 at work and no omegas said a word.
 
I used my 16 as a pacifier: when I hold it, I feel a deep sense of calm radiating from my knife hand into the rest of my body, and I know that everything will be just...fine.
