Great day overall.

Congrats. Life will never be the same.

Ive been fishing so cutting lines and cleaning fish with my s30v blur.

Congrats man.. my old lady has a purple ladybug too.. she also rocks a purple endura. I don't give her a hard time for liking purple, she knows more about knives than my guy friends..

On Topic: I cut some medical tape with my 301, to re-dress my wound from my 560.. :)

Congratulations! My wife and I celebrate our 26th anniversary in a couple weeks. It just keeps getting better!

I did not actually need it for anything on the ride, by my Leek was clipped into a jersey pocket on my morning bicycle ride.

Hahaha, I popped two bday balloons! and trimmed some paracord (bracelets for customers), and cut a thread on my shirt.

Check post number 16, love my Shuns.

Today I went to a funeral and spent the afternoon with in-laws, so I slipped to my Speedform II into my pocket. The only thing I used it on was my fingernails, while waiting for the funeral procession to get on it's way.

Diced 80lbs of baby red potatoes and sliced 160lbs of pot roast into 1/2 in slices with a 8" shun premier chef's knife.

I just used my ZT 0561 to cut out an old expansion joint 10'x15' square while working on a 30 day tare out and rebuild of an old smelter furnace. Others tried but there knives failed while the zt sliced right through copper slag and all no damage and still like a razor. I know pictures or it didn't happen.. My job is more important than risking taking a picture.

Today I:

1.)Got my 561 in the mai, eagerly ripped it out of the shipping box, and fiddled around with it. The word "epic" came to mind.

2.)Carried it around the rest of the day. Cut some trimmer line for the weed eater. Filled it up full of dust/dirt mowing the lawn and doing yard work.

3.)Gave it bath in some warm soapy water then hit it with the air compressor to blow the water out.

4.)Typing this post while playing with the flipper.

I don't do too much food work with my EDC but today I cut a giant Calzone in half for my kids to share. I did clean it off with some Purell first. I didn't bother about looking around to see if I got any funny looks whipping out the 0560 the in the theme park, but I'm sure there was a few.

Showed my gf my custom 0301 and she actually liked it and didn't roll her eyes.. Success!

My only two KAI knives are by far my most used. They both have been used, pretty much so daily for the last 3 and a half years. I'm a big fan. I cut up chicken breasts with the chef and onions and peppers with the paring for fajitas tonight.

Shun Kaji Chef and Paring.
