A word to the wise. Do Not pay a deposit on a knife unless you're asking for very special materials and never pay for one up front. Contrary to what a lot of guys think it doesn't help you get a knife any faster to prepay.

I can see you are reluctant to give the makers name. Probably for fear that it will piss him off. However, without a name it will be impossible for anyone to give you contact info.
