I am the head welder/fabricator for a company called Alpha Materials, we have two cement plants and three screening plants for making sand/rock/gravel. We are also the leading heavy equipment dealer in Southern CA. My job is to keep all our equipment running and working smoothly. We currently have a fleet of about 30 trucks including cement mixer trucks, bottom dumps and powder trains. We have two 980c front end loaders and two 950f front end loaders as well as a handfull of other stuff like small tractors and man lifts/fork lifts. My work doesn't just stop there, I am basically the company's B**ch! :D

I do metal fabrication. Sheet metal/machining/welding. Made my first knife last week at work.

I'm an emergency generator project engineer. I design residential, and commercial automatic emergency generator systems start to finish. This is one of my projects.

we did one of those in a hospital. we added one generator but they forgot to add 5,000 gallons of diesel in the bid. oh well they didn’t want to make any money on that job.

There is a lot that goes into designing a job like that, and most people have know idea what is involved. It's very easy to make an extremely costly mistake if you leave your A-game at the office.
