  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What do you carry in your altoid tin?

Here's mine.

I use one of my "Pouch-Sheaths" so I get to save alot of space packing "extras" on the outside. It's a sheath for a BK-14 with pouch attached.... theres room for a ranger band in the middle and I could put a tinfoil/shelter there but I'm concerned abot the rubber "gripping" my shirt when I walk. So there's no shelter in this one.

I took three pictures with everything coming out of the tin. Note for the strangulation Nazis: I have a "toaster" loc at the end of the paracord and it won't hold my weight without letting go of the paracord, plus there's a knife there too:D

Blah, blah, blah.... here's the pic:

Exterior: BK-14, Cordage (paracord + inner strands), LED adj. light & BCB Fireball Firesteel w/compass
Knife, cordage, light, fire & navigation covered before I even break into it.;)

Interior: 2x H20 tabs, Mini-Bic, Fatwood, 2x PJC pillows, mini-folding razor & saw, Kydex AH-1 holder w/ranger band and ESEE "surv" card.

Things I'm going to add: high-reflective tape on top of tin, matches and a striker area inside lid. As you can see, I'm a little concerned about fire but I think it's a good thing.

Here is my tin. I carry it in my BK-5 pouch. and when I'm not carrying my 5, it goes in my left front pocket, along with a firesteel, lighter, and Victorinox Adventurer. (Great SAK, btw. :D)
