What do you carry when you don't carry a Spyderco?

Previously, a Benchmade when not carrying a Spydercco. Now I choose a Cold Steel as an alternate most often.

i don't!as i never leave home with out one spyderco in my pocket,i own other brands of folders i have collected over the years, but spyderco is closer to my hart.

If I'm dressed, I never "don't carry a Spyderco", and most times I carry at least two. However, I often carry a Microtech Ultratech, or a LH Mikov Predator, or a LH Protech Doru as well.

I'm never really without a Spyderco since I carry a Techno in my left pocket as a money clip every day. But, on the occasion that I don't also have a Spyderco clipped in my right pocket, I have either a ZT or a Benchmade. Usually one of these...

Mostly custom fixed blades. I keep a Viper Odino on my pack. I use a Brous SSF and a Kershaw Knockout in Elmax at home.

I usually carry a SAK

or, recently I have been carrying an Ontario Knife Company Utilitac 2 on days when I would do my trail runs.

BM, Kershaw, ZT, CRK, Victorinox, GEC and other traditional knives, some Bark River fixed blades when outdoors hiking and whatnot. I tend to go in cycles with what brands I carry. I love Spyderco knives and have many of them, but there's way too many cool blades out there to stick to only one maker. I'm always on the lookout for the next knife that catches my fancy. YMMV.

The only time I don't carry at least one Spyderco is when I'm carrying nothing sharp....So flying or otherwise.

I'd say I carry a Spyderco 80% of the time. Otherwise, I'm carrying a Sebenza, BM, ZT, Kershaw or Cold Steel generally. My Spydies definitely get the most pocket time!

If I'm not carrying my Spydercos, it's usually my Jeff Baker S-Tac, Backwoods, or Hall Handmade. Sometimes a ZT 0121.

I don't have any Spyderco folders so I can't answer on folders.

I tried getting pocket time for some of my favorite "grails" from Benchmade:

but they soon were relegated to the drawer of doom. I am currently trying some small and large Sebenza 21's and they are coming on strong.
