What do you carry when you don't carry a Spyderco?

ZT's, Kershaws, Benchmades, GEC Sodbusters... I love carrying my PM2 and other Spyderco's. Yesterday I had a ZT and a GEC... today I have a Spyderco Ulize and a GEC Bull Buster :) I have two more Bull Busters incoming too - I'll be carrying those alone sometimes. I found that a Bull Buster in my back pocket along side my wallet is perfect, no clip and no pocket slip needed, easy to retrieve and big enough.

I am looking forward to my Spyderco Positron the most though.

my zt0801 or sebenza 21 i sold all off except these 2 and my CF stretch and Smurf para2

I've been carrying the Civilian and Cold Steel Large Espada equally, and occasionally the Vallotton.

My non-Spyderco knives are an Emerson CQC-15 for one of my utility beaters, a ZT 0452cf for pure flipping joy, a Grayman Satu for the heck of it, and one of the original Elmax Microtech DOCs. Though I don't find myself carrying any of those knives regularly. Some of them may even find their way out of my collection in anticipation of the Nirvana.

Sebenza or a zt of some kind. Those are really the only production knives that compare to Spyderco in my book these days. Obviously, when it comes to price, innovation or variety, they don't stack up. But they make me appreciate my Spyderco knives even more!

A good 80% of my knives are Spyderco, the only other few knives that see as much pocket time are my Sebenzas, Böker Solo II, and Kershaw Leek as a secondary blade.

if im not carrying a spyderco, then that means im usually asleep or taking a shower lol

....Hell, you could curl up with a Persian, or wake up to a Crow or Raven call...
and take yor H1 of choice when you hit the shower, LOL :D

-Big Spydie fan myself, as well, but I like various others, including BenchMade, Kershaw, CRKT, SOG, Beretta, Buck, & others,
perhaps less popular, but I can appreciate some Gerber and S&W designs and models that are quite happy in my collection,
and use. B.T.B.

Anymore there are very few commercially made knives that I like as well as I do my Spyders. But there are two models that I still have a sentimental fondness for>> Back in the mid nineties when I first discovered Spyderco I also discovered Benchmade at about the same time.

One Benchmade model I still like to EDC on occasion is the Benchmade model 640 Boguszewski Spike model >> or it's big Brother the model 650 Boguszewski Spike. The Boguszewski Spike models are so functional that I just can't put them down. It is one of the few BM models that I'm still fanatical about. I can and do fully appreciate any knife design that is super functional and the two Benchmade SPIKE models are classics all the way.

There are also a couple of AL Mar models that have intrigued me over the years as well but for the most part I"m a SPYDERCO man all the way.

1095 Schrade old timer senior Stockman. My grandfather gifted it to me in 2009. That was my first good knife . Before that , all l had was made in China junk. I still carry it when l travel to countries that don't allow lock blade folders.

My only non-Spyderco folding carry knife is a BM 950, and my only fixed blade is a Guardian3 from Bradford.
