Nice find! Those look nice. Pretty but inexpensive enough that you won't feel bad using itA while back I started buying bushcraft type knives and discovered a new maker in central NY called Bruder tool co. My most recent pick from him is a bushcraft scandi grind with triple dyed purple and green burl. His stuff comes packed in a wooden crate with matching Fire steel and leather dangler. His asking price is hard to beat. www.brudertool.com

But when my attention is on edged implements, the ones that aren’t from Wauseon are from an Evil Genius machinist, ones with a large primate as a logo. In English, that’s Carothers and Keffeler.
Strangely, I either can’t find them in my camera roll, or don’t have pics of them. I’ll have to change that tomorrow and add them to this post.
Very cool! I want my son's first vehicle to be a restoration project we can do together. He's 12 now so we have some time but I think it will be funIt's the start of the rebuild of my very first vehicle. 1963 chevy stepside pickup. Me and my dad fixed it up back when I was in highschool. It's a pile of rusted parts now but the goal is to get it back to what it was back in her glory days. Hopefully she'll look like this again within the next couple years.
