What do you drive?

I've put a lot of work into my 1977 Tradesman Van, so I thought I'd show it off. :D

My wife just got a 2012 Subaru Forester. I don't really care for it, which is surprising, because I usually love Subbies. The seats are small, the engine lacks power and it doesn't handle as tightly as the Legacy, I'm sure because of its higher center of gravity.

It does get 25 mpg and I"m sure it will be nice and reliable and great on bad roads.

I'm still putting away in my 02 Ranger. Just put new Cooper tires on it and now I've got to replace the clutch :(

Sweet wheels everyone!!

For me, I have a 2005 Subaru Impreza 2.5rs 5spd. I love subarus and have had pretty good luck with the car til recently. The car started reving by itself when I push in the clutch or the car is in neutral.

i took it into the dealership and they have 1. Flashed the ECU 2. Replaced the clutch postion switch thing or another 3. New throttle body. And none of it has worked, luckily the only thing they have charged me for is $40 for flashing the ECU. Its been at the dealership for about a month now and cant figure it out and Ive been losing faith.

They called this past wednesday and said that they are flying out a "Subaru Engineer" this week to diagnosis the problem! How about that for service!

They likely haven't encountered the issue before and will use what that engineer learns for future models...subbies are good cars, I was going to buy a WRX STi but couldnt get one within my budget. Hope they find the issue soon.
