What do you guys use your Busse's for?

More delicate cutting... ;) I know it is a Dog but mine are all bought to work.....

I used my ASH for cutting the Christmas prime rib. It worked great, being razor sharp made the thicker profile a non issue:

Then I was at the table, and was looking at the Henckles steak knife that was provided for me, and I was like... why not?

Fishing, Hunting, Hiking, Camping, Battoning, Fire prep, etc...I take mine everywhere I can.

awesome. I use mine mostly for spreading peanut butter on bread. Some times I use them to pick olives out of jars.

Mmmmm FOGO!!!! I absolutely love that place.... def a good place to break out your Busse :D I don't think I will be able to cut a filet with my MOAB...... :eek: Hey, there is a first for everthing!
 
I use mine like I stole them. batoning, fire prep, food prep, shelter building, killing zombies (well not yet but we can dream right) :)
