I picked up my at my mail box tonight Mayo TMX & Burke Rock Star!! This is my first Burke!! Man, I LOVE it!!! And the Mayo juts rocks!! I have been wanting one since I first saw one!!

Steel is 1.3505 (ball-bearing steel) forged and selectively hardened.
Blade length: 105mm
Total: 235mm
Blade height: 28mm
Blade thickness: 3,2mm to 1mm near tip
Handle is some very nice Oosik
Fittings are blued

That's a very slick integral Wolfgang - I'd be excited to have that inbound as well. I've seen a few pieces by this maker and quite like his work.

This is going to be a good week for me, either today or tomorrow I am expecting a Burke silver Rockstar. Then on Wednesday I will be receiving a Obenauf large Model 2 in his standard configuration. And on Thursday my Marathon Jumbo SAR should arrive. Alright the last one is obviously not a knife, but I am anxiously awaiting its arrival just the same.
 
I have another Terzuola 3B heading my way!! This one has CF, and titanium bolsters.
 
I really like the look of that Weiland knife, Wolfgang. I took a look at the website you linked and like his designs alot.
 
Yes, Gerhard (Wieland) makes a very fine job! :thumbup:

His eye for the detail may be a result of his former job as a goldsmith? ;) :D
 
Thanks to Ray Laconico being a good guy as well as a good knife maker, this is my wife's birthday gift. It arrived yesterday ahead of her birthday, quicker than any reasonable client could ask. Since instead it was me asking at the last moment he did real well by me and got it here FAST :-) Thanks Ray.
It is a 7 1/4" long by 3/16" thick O1 blade and cocobolo handle. It is also is a fast moving knife that feels well-fitted to a thumb on top "fencing" grip. Slicing rather than chops seem to be what it like to do, a saber rather than a falchion. Grip and blade shape based on my ideas, so it is just what I wanted as a gift.

Not too sure about the actual size by the photo, however it looks like a great back packet carry.
 
Kevin, I'm a sucker for small fixed blades and I've been looking for one from Anso for years. This one is 5" OAL, the sheath has a clip. I see many possibilities for EDC. I think it'll make a great pocket carry.
 
I have a hunter set coming in from Audra Draper MS is a few weeks. Both Damascus blades and guards with full Blackwood handles. A 3inch and 5inch. Both with sheaths by Elsie from Yo Yo leather.

Very excited to see Audra work her magic on these!

I'm suppose to be getting a Mikr Zscherny slip joint, Tom Krein T4, and a JR Cook ALT with mammoth my pal Kevin Jones and I picked out at Blade! Thanks again KJ. Hope all you Dads have a great Father's Day.
