damn! so many things i love about knifemaking i just dont know where to start.

one of the main things is the great people i have met in the knifemaking world and how they readily share information with each other, not like every other cut throat business out there. i have been fortunate to get help form many excellent makers over the years...Buster Warenski, Steve Hoel, Jim Hardenbrook, Kit Carson, Darrel Ralph, John W. Smith.......what can ya say? wonderful people!

i love being my own boss cuz i dont think anyone else would put up with me now

i love watching new things being dreamed up constantly, the things some guys can come up with is truly amazing.

i love working with other makers and learning things all the time, thanks to all who have helped me

years ago i had the honor of engraving a bowie from Jerry Fisk, a couple folders from Warren Osborne, then wish that i was rich so i could buy knives from all these guys too!

i love seeing the enthusiasm of new young makers.

i love the looks on collectors faces when they like what i have done and want to own a piece of mine.

oh and i love being the BFC grouch
