What do you listen to while working on knives?

I'm probably in the minority but I don't listen to music in the shop anymore or even have a cell phone because distractions have caused me to make obvious little mistakes while working. I have discovered that I must have all my attention on my projects. Maybe because I'm 66 or maybe because I obsess over small details. I don't like it when I'm interrupted while working because I lose track of my "plan" for a project. I have three different vintage stereo systems in my home but nothing in the shop. Pretty boring!! Larry
 
Thomas Bergersen, Audiomachine and whatever else that Pandora thinks is "instrumental epic" music. Don't care much for anything with lyrics on Pandora - they don't have any sort of filter. Fireflight, Red, and Kutless off my MP3 if I want lyrics.
