What do you prefer, Millie or pm2?

Military, just feels better to me and I like the blade length. I don't care about tip up or tip down, as long as it clips to my pocket I'm happy.

Military, with the rest of the smart crowd ;-)
Best looking, best cutting, and best feeling knife I own.

I am really liking the new military. The PM2 may be facing some shelf time.

I've had a Military serrated since 2005. It'll be back from a tuneup from Spyderco on Monday. Great worker.

I have four other Millies: Titanium, Titanium Fluted, M390/CF and Cruwear. I like the light weight of the G10 models. Lot of blade, well-balanced and good cutter. I should try the blade of the M390 or Cruwear on the Titanium Fluted.

I have two PM2 but never warmed up to them nor carried them.

Military. Had a Para for a while but somebody had installed the lock upside down or back to front or something I couldn't quite figure out.

I like the Millie a little better, but the Para2 is a lot better bang for the buck. I'm sure the price will be almost the same in another year or two, thanks to the Para2 feeding frenzy.
I love using lanyards. Why does the Military have the lanyard hole on the opposite side of the pocket clip?! The seems like a really stupid mistake that should have quickly been corrected.
I got to be missing something? Do some people attach it to their uniform at the lanyard hole so if they lose their grip it won't be lost?

In my limited experience (I've swapped for a weekend with a friend), I've found that I really enjoy the PM2's ergos and size. What I like about the Millie is it's relative bruiser status in comparison.

Have to pick? PM2 for me.

The only things I prefer on the PM2 is the more PC size and discrete low ride carry (ti STR clip). That said I like them both, but find myself carrying a Military 95% of the time when I don't have to worry about what other people think of carrying large folders.

Paramilitary 2
I really like the Military though, except for the pocket clip

You know what's weird? I feel like I prefer almost all of the features of the paramilitary, yet when it's time to grab a knife I always reach for the military! Seriously. I love my paramilitary but I NEVER carry it anymore! I guess that might change in time, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

I just got the Military a couple months ago to see what all the hoopla is and I'm really enjoying it! The Para2 has been one of my main folders for the last couple years, but i feel like the Military can do anything the Para can and even more. Hows about a pic?

The main reason that I went for the Para2 is. The size. I carried a Socom elite for nearly a year. But when it was in my pocket I knew that it was there every day! The para two is lighter and a little less blade. But is no slouch in its capabilities. I knew then. That I could not edc too big of a knife like the Mille. The Millie is as Beautyful knife as is the para 2. Another thing to consider is the sheepole effect. Wiping out a knife that is a click to big to even cut sandwich in the break room will make someone's eyes get huge. I Love my Para2 and edc it. The only other knife I carry is a thermite and that is for work. Anything happens to that, I won't give a rats butt. I sold off every thing else and I am down to these two for now.

I really like the PM2 as a general all-purpose EDC.

But I prefer the Military whenever I have some real work to. In those cases the longer blade and bigger handle makes perfect sense.

For food prep I usually prefer a longer blade, so for that reason my Millies get carried often.

Military I prefer the liner lock over the pm2 compression lock, if I thumb open the pm2 sometimes I can feel the lock engaging on my index finger. Both still amazing knives. And if I get a military sprint run, do I need say more....

Millie for me too! I have both and hate the small handle on the PM2, I am going to sell it most likely in the near future.
