I love it!!!!!
That is a cool ride, I don't even know if I want to know how much a thing like that would cost.

As for the knife, I don't know - but I bet Gollnick owns it. And it is stashed away in his secret base in the Rocky Mountains - that or in his research lab in the South Pole.

noooooooo, id never sell that car, im more attached to that car than anything else in the world!!! that car is worth $75,000!!! it will go faster than a 2000 corvette, ive had a good race between a viper and my GT350,
a viper is just a little faster, though
i will never sell that car, and there will never be a "FOR SALE" sign on it, as long as i own it.

It depends on what you mean by "the most rare". The most rare production Bali-Song is the 129- only 200 of these (probably less now) exist. Customs are always unique and rare since it's the customers' choice, you can always have a numbered set of customs. If you mean blade type (probably mariner) combined with insert (some kind of ivory or scrimshawed material) with a 4" or 5" blade then that right there (what I just described) has to be one of the rarest, I've never seen one but I know that the mariner blade is rare, especially on a balisong.

A Shelby, you lucky dog! Do you drive it around at all or just keep it in a garage? Deloreans (sp?) might be closer to the top of the 'rare' category.

Quicksilver,
Love that car & I'd love to have it! I've got a 98 Cobra that would love to take you on! So, if you're ever in my neck of the woods, bring it on!
I'd have to say that a Jody Samson Filipino Kris is the most rare, because I can't find one and I want one badly!

You mean like this one?

Yes, it's rare, but not totally unique. I have others that I would say are rarer. Oh, and sets are always extra special (which is why I insisted on an option for sets in Project Gemini).

mike m: does your cobra have 480 (dynoed) horsepower, and does it have a an all aluminum Big Block 427cid engine, and will it go 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds, 3:38 gearing, and a T400 6 speed tansmition???

oops!!! this is a balisong forum, not a car forum

OK guys, your getting into my other hobby.First Quicksilver, Are you saying your Shelby has 880hp and only does 4.4 0-60? Have you ever run it in the qtr mile, or did you just pull this number out of your butt(Any flying monkeys in there?)J/K I know you did'nt run that with those tires on the rear of the car in your picture! My V6 does 0-60 in 3.9 sec in a 3600lb Trans Am with 400hp(Dynoed), qtr in 12.3@113 with only $200 in mods. As for the rarest car, the Shelby is pretty rare, not super rare as far as collector cars go,but very collectible, how many Shelby GT's were made? My 89 Turbo Indy Pace car Trans Am is one of 1555, kind of rare. Now if you had a conv 71 GTO Judge, one of 17! Even more rare, a conv 69 Trans Am, one of 8! How about a conv 71 Hemi Cuda I think they also made 8 of these? These are very RARE cars! You still see these Shelby's around, they were mostly bought by collectors who really new they were special cars, yours is very nice! $250K, I dont think so! Give us some more details of this 880hp monster.

As for the Bali content, That Mariner with the inlaid handles has to be pretty rare, pretty knife also, the one pic I saw had what looked like black pearl handles?

Couple more quick facts, The Shelby GT350 is the small block version, like above. The GT500 had the big block.About 500 cars were made each year (roughly)from 65-69.There are two 67 GT500 cars on Autotrader right now for sale, one is MINT at $44,000.

>>it will go faster than a 2000 corvette, ive had a good race between a viper and my GT350,

I drove a Shelby Mustang once, with a 390 in it and it is a very nice car. It comes off the line very fast, as the ratio of power to the weight of the car was just right. Also, it handled very well, although it tended to lift a bit so as to feel like you were flying. I never drove a car that went from 0 to 90 that fast, nor one that handled that well. You can look at the body and see that it will be a very stable car at high speeds because of the design and the airflow.

A Samson kris for sale? Sorry. No.

But, my '89 Olds will do zero to sixty in about eight seconds.

Oh, and a friend of a friend of mine owns the Lotus that James Bond drove in "The Spy Who Loved Me," the one that turns into a submarine, and also Goldfinger's Pierce Arrow (which is a complete prop. The Lotus is a real Lotus.). He also knows several other collectors who own other Bond cars.

Personally, I want the Austin Martin from "The Living Daylights."

yes, the "stock" GT350 had a small block engine, i found a big ass 427, bored it out, and put a holley750 carburater on it, and put dynomax mufflers and headers on it, the reason why it goes 0-60 in 4.4 seconds is because it has high gearing.

and about 2,700 GT350's were made overall
