I haven't played with the 1911s yet. Been busy with my plastic guns and my Sigs. When I do however, I have settled on either an STI or a Dan Wesson Valor.
Valor or VBOB

I no longer carry a 1911 as a settle for my Boresight solutions g19 ( another swine maker and the guy that turn me to Busse knives) or my m&P compact in 9mm. I was thinking on selling my Valor but it is such a nice gun that I can not get around to do it. I also have a fusion 2011 (base frame is an STI) which is my home defense main gun and one sweet accurate shooting gun. STI or valor are both great choices.

I'm not familiar with boresight solutions. Cool intro on their website.
And as a Busse fan, I definitely like their logo!
Why would Jerrry carry anything? He just reaches up on the wall and grabs something....
I've got to imagine that the wall doesn't follow him around. I've been wrong before though.
He has a small wall in his car [emoji6]
