Curiosity finally got the better of me. Speaking of which:

screened porch screened porch every time I read your username, for some reason I picture a screen door on someone's porch. 😅 Not someone in particular, just a porch with a screen door. I guess this has actually nothing to do with your username though... ?

Haha isn't that how it goes! What did you come up with after the fact out of curiosity (there I go again with that, I hope I have nine lives!)

I knew a guy who was big into mountain biking, and he said that some of the trails he rode were pretty sketchy, so he had taken to calling himself a "psychoist". I think he needed lots of lives too...

That's exactly where my user name comes from. I was going for screened porch, but saw the typo and quick repeated it, figuring someone else would have taken screened porch.
From a screened porch is how I like my nature.

Your username is one of my favorites on all of BF! Every time I see the typo, I wonder about it. Now I'll wonder no longer, and just continue appreciating it. :)
 
I fish and hunt. Used to be a lot but I'm getting older so anymore I just say I fish and hunt. There are boat tales from the 60's until today, and on the hunting side, I only ever shoot boat tail bullets from my Ruger M77 270, which is my far and away favorite centerfire hunting rifle. The avatar is on the 11 point river in southern Missouri. Those are my grandson's feet.

Ah jeez, that was like two years ago. These things flit in and out of my brain so fast its hard to get ahold of them 😜
I'm partial to greybeard. Not because its witty or imaginative, rather its apt 😉

"psychoist" is a good one :thumbsup:
 
Maybe something to do with the ancient Babylonian King, maybe not. If the member doesn't want to post here, no big deal. I was merely encouraging a way to build a post count (something the member expressed a desire to do) in a way that didn't involve an endless argument.
