What does your other half carry?

My wife carries a Spyderco Chinook with a four inch blade

I carry one of my 3 MT Vector Manual action with a 3 inch blade(I have 20 autos of different colors, flavors, and textures.)

MY WIFES IS BIGGER THAN MINE:D   Does this make me any less manly?

Off to prove my manhood i go!

My wife carries a Spyderco Endura, plain edge clipped to her purse and a Ladybug on her key chain.

My wife carries a Spyderco Meercat in her pocket, a Gerber AR 3.00 in her purse, and, sometimes, a Spyderco Cricket in her bra! :D

I just realized I never said what my other half carries,
my Spyderco Co-Pilot in her purse,(damn I miss that knife), a small SAK on her key ring, and a Blacike Collins Buddy Knife hanging from her mirror.

With all the women out there carrying steel one might begin to feel sorry for any psychos that come near them, NOT!!!

My new sweetie is a bit of a "mellow" type- so I'm breaking her in slowly- gave her an Opinel #8 for starters. Next will be a small SAK for the keychain. She has acknowledged the utility of having the Opinel: "Hey, I used the knife you gave me..."

Browning Baracuda in her purse. Bought it for her when my boy was a heart patient at Hopkins to keep he company when she would venture to the cafeteria or chapel late at night. Also taught her how to use it if need be. She picked it out at a gun show.

My wife only accepts to carry small utility-oriented blades, so the first step was a Victorinox Swisscard. Recently I surprised her with a blue (purple?) Spyderco Ladybug that she carries in her keychain, and after some use she recognized the value of having a better edged tool. Maybe the next will be a Leatherman Micra or a Juice.

She has a Spyderco Delica on her side and a Victorinox Camper in her purse.
She did mention how "cute" the Leatherman Juice is (the purple one of course).

Good luck,
Allen.

Like many of you, my other half is not really a knife person. Many years ago I gave her a small yellow SAK. After a year on her keyring, missing the toothpick and tweezers, it went in a drawer. A couple years ago she appropriated my Leatherman Micra and actually carried it for a while. Haven't seen it in quite a while now. I just recently gave her a Lady Case Tiny Texas Toothpick with the pink Bubba Gum jigged scales. She actually mentioned that she thought the knife was cute in an ad she saw for the turquoise inlaid model. I figure we'll start with the Bubba Gum and if she can keep it a while. If she actually uses it and doesn't lose it, we'll spend for the upscale model.

We've come to an agreement in the kitchen as well. After hearing me bitch for years every time I saw her use one of the kitchen knives on the ceramic tile counter, she bought me my own set of Sabatier Pro kitchen knives. Now she has her block with the old Kershaws in it and she can do as she pleases with them, and I have my Sabatiers which are kept real sharp for when I want to cook. She's allowed to use "the good knives" only if she uses a cutting board. I notice more and more that she's reaching for a cutting board these days and using "the good knives".

carries the credit cards and the check-book. I am so glad I memorized all my credit card number. BAWAHAAAAAAAA.

Oh, for a knife? She likes my Camillus Talonite EDC and it keeps disappearing:mad:

My better half, Karin carries a blue Benchmade 940. It used to be mine at one time! :( That gave me an excuse to go out an order a custom though. :D

My Wife has a Kershaw Boa with the multi-colored handles that she loves! She likes how it looks, how it cuts, and she says the handle was made just for her. She says everyone likes the bright colored handle, so nobody freaks out when she uses it to cut off a tag from something she bought from the store, open a letter, etc...
