What else do knife people collect?

Owls! (not real ones)
Ceramic owls, wooden owls, leather owls (yes, that's right), brass owls, seashell owls, cloisonee' owls...glass owls, and some I probably forgot.
I like owls.

Pens - roller ball and fountain. I am rarely without a knife and a good pen

Mostly guns and knives. Went through a comic and non-sports card phase, then a sports card phase. Not anymore, but I still have alot of stuff hanging around. I'll read just about anything in print, so there is alot of literature hanging around, but I don't really collect it.
I'm getting ready to begin reloading for the first time, so that should be occupying my time through 2000.

Well, I don't really collect knives, but I have a few knives and swords I am interested in, and I am gathering a few more.
I am also interested in cameras and lenses, medium and large format. But not for collectible value, only for using.

Forgot to mention stereo equipment until someone else brought it up. Well, me too--Vandersteen, Quad ESL-63, Electron Kinetics, Tandberg, Mod Squad, Audio Research, SOTA . . . all that esoteric stuff.

My den's full of it.

So lifelike I can hear Madame Butterfly drop the knife after her suicide at the end of Puccini's opera . . . and tell you it was a CS Hamidashi tanto by the ring of the differentially hardened blade on the floor of the stage.

I don't want my children fed or clothed by the state, but I would prefer THAT to their being educated by the state.

I don't seem to really collect anything, except maybe, junk. My girlfriend collects teddybears. Since I have bought several bears for her, I guess in an indirect way, I collect teddybears as well.

Right now my largest collection is grinding belts. It's not that I enjoy collecting them,
it just looks damn impressive when my neibors come over to borrow something!!
My favorite collection is my deer racks, both shot and shed. Followed by my bass fishing tackle! I thought that after living in Florida for three years, I would have a collection of 10lb bass on the wall.......
NOT!!

The biggies are esoteric or high end Hi-Fi gear; LPs (i.e. phonograph albums because they still sound better than CDs); Radios, tube and solid state HF, VHF/UHF; fountain pens; a few bicycles; books on history, religion, Biblical studies, science and law; semi precious metals (brass and lead); wrinkles and gray hair. Furthermore, it seems a large number of computers peripherals dating from the CPM days are still in my possession.
