Today wife doing lot of baking and cooking. I was designated to cutting jalapeños, bannana peppers, burrito peppers and red peppers. After all that I eventually washed my blade and noticing a nice patina developing. Love this blade.

Nice Toboggan. I just gave a Toboggan to my nephew for his 16th B-day. It's an under appreciated model for sure.
