Up until recently, I quit carrying a folder. Funny thing, a thread here re sparked my interest in them. I been looking for a good, strong folder with a good blade, but I keep finding issues with each one. Nothing bad about any of them, just some features I'm not keen on.
Then my birthday rolls around, and the Lady gets me a Cold Steel American Lawman.

I've really been liking this knife. I've been EDC'ing it since I got it Tuesday, and I have to say, WOW, tough knife. And is light.
I've since stripped the painted parts, and the contrast makes it look 10 time better.
SO, in a short answer version, CS American Lawman.

It's hard to beat a SAK. I always carry a Victorinox farmer (the alox version) or the harder to find "Camper".
Don't want to jack the thread but I didnt know they made the camper in Alox?? Thats my fav SAK
I always carry my Microtech Mini Socom (m/a) 24/7. When I'm out camping/hiking I have my Ratmandu as my big knife in a Specops sheath on my pack, with a standard red Camper in the pouch, the knife I use the most when I'm out is my stripped/patina'd BK11 that hangs around my neck
