I have a SAK alox soldier in my BOB but I don't use it often my main small or folding blades that I use on a regular basis are my Buck 110, spyderco endura 4, victonox spirit tool and izula

Pretty much always my Vic Huntsman...

If I'm bushwhacking but covering miles, it's this combo. I'd like to add a good folding saw to round out the tools for that scenario:

lots of good knives posted..

I too, carry a slippy from time to time.. most favored Puma Junior.....

I rotate pending occasion, but If I'm going out to work a physical rough job generally I'll bring my Kershaw Skyline, that sucker has seen more use then any folder I've ever owned.. Its light comfortable and I'm not worried about using it for anything, and its been used on everything for over a year now..

I'm pretty picky about folders as I still like to use my pockets some big knives just get in the way..

to me the delica fits the bill just right, not to big or small.. or expensive for that matter..

This is a hard question to answer because of the variables. Just farting around along the river close to town I'd be fine with a machete (river brush) and the Becker necker. In a remote setting maybe the brute, or BK-2 which I really favour, but more likely the BK-5 because of its lighter weight with a canteen on a pistol belt. And....well the necker. Honestly, I would turn to the Becker Necker before a folder. Who knows with me bud, I have even EDC'd my Rajah 2 as an experiment. I'll tell ya though, it sure made me appreciate the Endura after humping that monster. :D The bottom line for me is that I prefer the necker over a folder for the bush. It's tough, takes a mean edge, it's light and flat compact. And I feel that it is harder to lose hanging from my neck as opposed to a folder clipped to my waist. I also have a fire steel zip tied to it and it's still a small, flat package. I really believe in the necker. A good and useful design that wont snag in the brush (wear it under a shirt or jacket).

Most of the time I can one of two knives. A Benchmade Griptillian. One black and one green. I also carry a Strider SnG on occasion.

this came up a little while ago:

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=812422

since then i've also been carrying a phat-bob... too new to tell how i like it :>

in other lives i've carried the kershaw bi-metal blade folder Tyrade

kershaw external toggle - novelty mostly

even sebenzas, and microtechs. these days, stout and simple is better.

Like most of you I've got quite a few in rotation. Large Benchmade Bone Collector, Sebenza, CASE Peanut, Camillus Dominator, Leatherman Crater, Large SOG Vulcan, Spydie Salt for the beach, assorted RATS, Hogs, Dogs and Beckers.

Man, I wish they made an Alox version of that one. Be like having a Farmer with scissors.

Agreed. I dropped that and took a chip out of the scale by the tooth pick within a week of my purchase. Oh well - it's got character. :D

I carry an Emerson 15 more than about anything else. Then a Camillus SAK type knife.

Hey Moose did you see the custom by Andrew Demko?

Yes I did. And I like it. Alot. I also saw a custom Demko where he married the Recon 1 handle with the Emerson blade. Very nice AD custom. Wanna give it to me?

HONOR THE MODS!!!!

I just obtained a CS Mini AK-47

(Not my pic but the same)

I can't believe how sturdy the lock up on the Tri-Ad feels. And I really like the handle ergos. Now the Mini Law Man is next on the list. Then perhaps a custom. :D

If i had two of them i would certainly give you one.You have got me looking
at the cs lawman though.Right now i carry a benchmade 710.Not so
beefy but fast.

I'm with Kahn,I have my Vic Huntsman when in the woods,or at work.Yeah,I wish they had an Alox version too!
