What folder does each of you EDC most often?

For the past few months I have been using a RAT 1 folder from OKC. Before that it was a Spyderco Delica but it ended up missing........hence the replacement.

When circumstances don't allow my EDC to be this:

then it's this:

That's a GEC Conductor (the one that Collector Knives commissioned) and a Gerber Shard on a P7. I used to EDC a limited Phat Bob but it's rare that the Conductor isn't in my pocket now.

I only own two folders right now. Of the two, I only carry one.

Boker Exskelimoor II.

I've been rocking a Boker Exskelimoor II for the last few months, and I've been pretty happy with it. Its a great size, and the wooden scales and semi-satin finish keep it pretty non threatening for the suits that I'm around at work.

Not my images, but its this blade.

I know you asked for "all" of my folders, but this is 50% of them (yep, only own two folders now, I gave the Gerber Paraframe away :D).

Here's a few pics of my "daily" rotations

recently I've been mixing in a few others including a kershaw leek, though a near opposite of becker, it's quite a nice gentleman's folder

I really like the phat bob, but not the steel, wish they did it in anything else. If it was carbon steel, I would be playing with one right now

I know what you mean, If it was a fixed blade i don't think I would have gotten it. But for something constantly riding in my pocket I want a stainless. My only complaint about my sodbuster in CV was that it rusted too easily. It I had it in my pocket for a few days and I didn't use it much or if it was raining out and my pants got damn it would get surface rust quickly. So far i am really happy with the edge retention of the phat bob. It really feels like an incredibly solid knife.

Really, I have a gayle bradly in m4 and I've never had a problem. I have a bera n sons soddy in 1095, but I never carry it cuz I haven't spent the time to get it really sharp. Maybe now I will :)

You know there's one in D2 also, not just the regular production AUS-8, right?

I say go for it. I was constantly surprised by how sharp the SB was also the kind of abuse it could take. It was only recently that I noticed it getting some surface rust fairly quickly. To be honest it only started happening after I got my Phat Bob. I was probably went a little to lax on the maintenance because I was kind of switching between the two for a while. A word of warning though. I found that my SB collected a ton of pocket lint because rides in the bottom of the pocket. I got in the habit of keeping one of those little plastic county comm cleaning tools in my wallet for the stubborn lint. But then I might just have very linty pockets haha

SAK Trekker NS and one of several fixed blades. I've been toting the HEST mod a lot lately.

Is the d2 phat bob reasonably priced? I always carry a vic sak, and it gets a lot of lint as well. I will get my soddy sharp and start carrying it now that you motivated me :) If I could find a phat bob in d2 I am in for sure :)

2x the cost of the AUS8 model (also has black micarta and phosphorus washers, only 1000 made and all numbered). I don't think the dealer could ever figure out the BladeForums rules so PM if you want the contact info.

Aghhh the PM2 is at the top of my short list. Which is currently:

1. PM2
2. Full Production BK16

Your PM2 pron didn't help vaporooski!

I will have a PM2 soon. I cant help it, Spyderco made a camo version. rednecks cant resist camo...well known historical fact. We made Toxey Haas and Bill Jordan millionaires many times over LOL
