What folders are the Beckerheads carrying?

for the rest of the week it will be a cheap Uzi in 8cr14. Also got one of the new Kershaw-emersons in the mail today, a cqc-2k. Looks nice but it's a bit too tiny for my taste. May have to gift it and get a bigger one.

i like the kershaw blur..

Or 4.....:D

I LOVE that orange 350

Me too, you can get them on the secondary market for good prices too. The s30v is nice and I have had no problems with it. It can be a little hard to sharpen with stones, diamonds make it easy.

I want to try out a 560 series one day. It won't be in the budget for a long time, I was thinking about selling my Spartan and 350 for it...
But im still too attached to my 350 hehe

Generally one of these. Not in the pic are knives I don't use (and should sell, I know) and a couple that are on the bench awaiting some work. Also a Tool Logic SL-3 (light and firesteel) that just rides along in my bag, and various and sundry SAK's I've scattered about. Seeing (most of) them all in one pic like that makes me think that I might have some sort of mental illness. Fave is the ZT 0560, blue Manix is in my pocket right now, tho. H&K is a scale release auto. Super fun to deploy, as is the (not pictured) Lightning DA OTF. I'd love to get a decent OTF someday as they are legal to carry in NH, but they are too pricey even used IMO.

The Zing on the left (RJ Martin Kershaw) got run over and is in the pile to be fluffed and buffed, as is the well loved Skyline with the half polished blade.

Yes, Mental Illness.
I'm glad you have so many folders, how else would me and Jeremy get to see half of those models.

Very nice collection. I am afraid to put mine out in one spot in case my wife sees it. Does it hold you up a lot in the morning while you decide which one to take or do you decide the night before?:D

Ha! Thanks for the laugh (and compliment). My wife was at work this morning when I took the photo; I totally hear you on that. It's a lot harder to hide the Beckers, so I don't. As far as picking one for the day, I usually already have one in my pocket or on the nightstand from the day before and that'll suffice. I don't usually carry something as conspicuous as the ZT's for work, and if I'm not working in NH I'll carry something cheaper and smaller in case of trouble with local laws. Nice thing about NH is there aren't any restrictions on carry, so weekends are about the only time the H&K auto sees pocket time. Sometimes I start to feel bad for the not oft-used blades, so I try to rotate those in for a few days every now and then. Those little Kershaw Zings always surprise me when I give them the chance. All the ones pictured have seen some pocket time in the last year. One of these days I need to get ALL of them out and take a pic, and try not to beat up on myself for having so many.

And Ray - get yourself one of those discreet little folder "briefcases". I have one that holds 24 folders and it was totally worth the $20 I spent. Black, stealth, doesn't look like anything. Easily hidden in plain sight. Wally World as well has a Fieldline "pistol case" that has a lot of internal pockets that work great for storing folders - for like $12 or so. That's my second case.

Very true! It took us a while to check them all out. I am very ignorant when it comes to folders. I have a few but they are not really my thing. Some of those were calling my name though.. lol!

Thanks again for letting us check them out.

I have a knife roll with a handle that holds 50 and two Sack-Ups that hold 18 each. Hmmmm. I think I have too many knives. I gave one of my Kershaw Cryos to my son because he said he really liked it. When I told him he could have whatever else he wanted from my collection, he said that one was enough! almost made me set up a DNA test.
