What folders are the Beckerheads carrying?

I've been Spyderco exclusive for about 2 months now. I carried two today. One at work, the other while I did my trail run.

Good choice, archertl. I have the 0630 in my pocket right now. I'd carry it to work, but MA laws are ....draconian. When in NH I'll carry the Launch 1, as autos are a no-no in MA. Was carrying the smaller Kershaw/Emerson collab for work, but have been carrying the XL for the past week. Still inexpensive enough that if a LEO deems it to be confiscatable, I won't be too sad. 4" blade and wave opener....I like it.

I'd likely carry an SAK if it weren't for the other crap in my pocket. Kinda like the clip style....and the Emerson Wave....mmmmMMmmm. Love it. Ruin the pocket? Who cares? They're work shorts. Not noticing any damage yet, though....time will tell.

That's what the little S-biner is for. To clip on the side of my pocket and let the SAK dangle about how a clipped folder would ride.... Now the Kershaw Launch series is one I could get into.

If they're allowed in your jurisdiction, I'd recommend them...though I can only speak for the Launch 1. The other two weren't aesthetically appealing to me. Pretty snappy for a sidewinder, fires hard and without the....grindiness? of some other manufacturers. I have a (used) Protech Godson which I like and fires nice and authoritative-like, but...the release is....not optimum. Button is kinda....two stage - like the metal is too soft or something. The KAI, tho....great value , IMO.

It's the toughest little folder I've ever seen, (that it's cheap (but not lacking in quality) doesn't hurt it either)

I've had one of these on me constantly lately. I carried a blur for a bit but after carrying other knives occasionally I always come back to these.
