What handle material do you think has the best feeling in hand? How is that feeling?

Oosik is nice, it shrinks when it’s cold though...
yeah, that's the biggest problem when we choosing material, things like wood, buffalo horn, stone, like marble, they shrink! and will leave the gap between the material and the screws or something else at the handle. :( We are figuring out tho;)

o_Owe don't have a fight like this, BTW WWE is like an act tho...

A leak, there will be a wood version begleiter coming out at May Kizer Friday. This event is held at our Instagram only and this wood begleiter is limited edition only 40 pcs. If you like it, please follow our Instagram and turn on the notification. ;)

Now I've got to think about getting an Instagram.

Seriously, do something like that as a regular item. I really like the shape of your Domin Mini. That would be an excellent candidate for some nice wood scales.

BTW, when will that Micarta Gemini be available?

I've always preferred a rubberized (or similar, I dunno the technical terms...) grip but have only owned a few that had them
Other than that, I'm not picky. I don't like it too smooth. If it's gonna be smooth, have a pronounced guard

It’s warm, grips well dry or wet, takes on character over time, and can be cleaned to look like new if you wish. You can also use different materials and patterns.

I always thought it would be cool to see a folder with leather scales (neat/fun factor).

I personally like most types of handle material as long as they function as intended and don’t have a lot of flex.

I agree 100%. Linen or canvas also make different textures and shades. The color options are essentially endless.

  1. Stag: Grippy, warm, comfortable, stylish, soulful
  2. Wood: Warm, classy, beautiful
  3. G10: Practical, smooth without being slippery
  4. Micarta: Practical while still nice to look at

I tend to stay away from Carbon Fiber and such. It feels so weird and uncomfortable to me. I'm undecided about titanium.

Micarta & smooth G10 - most comfortable and least attractive

Stag & Jigged bone - most attractive and least comfortable

My material preferences are FRN, Micarta, or G10 for most modern folding knives. Micarta feels the best to me with FRN in second place.

Leather, wood or bone also where appropriate. Especially on fixed blades. Leather or wood feel good.

Carbon fiber or all metal I normally try to avoid.

I carry and use CRK'S plane Inkosi and sebenza 21, so I would say I like the feeling of titanium, the inlays on the Sebenza 21 are not bad ether, both are grate in hand and don't rip-up your pants! boy I wish they would make jig bone inlays though!just to change things up and I think it would do wonders in the looks department .

haha, could you tell me what part of micarta makes you love it? the texture, the lightweight, the look, the price or something else?
It is light and durable along with lots of options for colors and materials. It can have different textures and the textures are never so rough like G10.

I would have to say Micarta, but not ordinary colors like green or grey...
BLUE
There’s so many possible colors but it seems like all I see is grey and green and brown on production knives. I think light blue would be awesome.
