Even Fallkniven fanboys are slowly turning away from Fallkniven.
They are far from the best buy (mediocre materials and steep prices).
Their ergonomics are also far from perfect.
Their sheats are crap.
Their warranty is basically non-existent. It is only valid if you don't use your Fallkniven for the type of things you'd buy a Fallkniven for.
And to go further from obvious - Fallkniven has been refusing warranty claims left and right.
Also, it has became common knowledge that their factory grinds are chippy and need several sharpenings to (hopefully) overcome that issue. With some people continuing to complain that even their long time user Fallknivens are still prone to microchipping and sometimes chipping.
And lately - I see social media posts where they complain on Fallkniven grind issues. Grinds are often uneven and wonky. Like here where guy is fixing wonky factory grind.
All this left me wondering what happened to them? They used to be respectable brand, this is sad...
