So far I have sent two of my Benchmades back to the factory for LifeSharp service. It took approximately 5 weeks both times to get my knives back. They replaced the omega springs, screws, and pretty much any worn part. I was very pleased with the edge they put on the Griptilian, I was a little disappointed with my Mini Barrage. They even went as far as replacing my Griptilians pocket clip and putting a new replacement in the box. They didn't even replace my old one on the Mini Barrage. My Mini Barrage came back sharp, but not as I expected, my blade had a little side to side play when I bought it and they fixed that. The blade on the Barrage was almost dripping in oil but that wasn't anything a gun cleaning patch couldn't take care of. Benchmade doesn't recommend more than a drop on the blade pivot, I guess they broke their own rule. My Mini Barrages box was damaged somehow, but that could have happened during shipping though. Overall, other than a couple minor disappointments I am pleased with their LifeSharp service.
