What has been your experience with LifeSharp service?

Ordered Chinese take out and the delivery guy tried to sell me some blades!

Woh... BMK has always been great w/ my limitted dealings with CS Dept. We should first look into what exactly happened before we get nuts, if their service is slipping, then we have a reason...

I own a few Benchmades, some I've had for 15 years, but I've never used their LifeSharp service. I came for here for real information and opinions, but what I found is you slinging mud....

Benchmade CS is some of the very best in the business.

Easy to get a hold of, quick to fix a problem, excellent experience overall.

They replaced my entire knife, no questions asked.

Like I said you can say there the best all you want.. $140 plus $40 not including tax no way not a good company in my book you have my opinion I know it stings to me there communist lol I could call them much worse for service like that.. I'm still not clear why you had to replace the blade and why you agreed to it if it wasn't the blade you wanted. Bummer for you.
 
They're capable of forcing you to buy their product there ('see what I done there)?
They must be communists. Or svengalis.
I personally would have declined the blade replacement, and had the knife shipped back. But that's just me.
At least you feel the blade is "growing on" you, as opposed to hating it more and more each day.

In all honesty, I laughed out loud reading some of these posts.
 
The funny thing is that BM has just about the best CS out there. I've had so many great experiences with them it's incredible.
You, on the other hand, never fessed up what you did to that blade and I have a feeling it was either in 3 pieces or ground down to a nub.
You then scream from the roof top that commies took over BM and are smuggling in blades so we cut ourselves.
Grow up man.

No company can make all their customers happy all the time. I don't care if it is a $20 knife, or a $200 knife... Maybe they were just out of the satin blades.
There was something wrong with that blade, and I'm guessing it wasn't a manufacturers defect, because they would have replaced it free of charge...
They don't replace blades that have nothing wrong with them, other than needing sharpened.

You may not be happy with them and that is fine, but with your communist comments, basically all you are doing now is trolling.
